It doesn't get healthier than that and, then what, everyone is eating vegetables!

Another creative idea is to consist of slices of grapes. Cure this distribute as you would an icing and use it as a base to make encounters using various vegetables instead of sprinkle. Cook up some freezing combined vegetables and clean in cold water. Let your children use the legumes, maize, legumes and green legumes create some truly vibrant designs. It doesn't have to be just a face. You can create dominos out of rectangular-shaped biscuits and popcorn kernels of maize or legumes or do a geometrical variety on your cucumber.

You can go even further and use the pants off your sweet peppers as holders and fill up them with fresh vegetables and top with a little lotion dairy products. Look, mom, you've created a veggie muffin. Quick, go for the camera phone. Take images for creative posterity, elect on the best one and place them all on an elegant plate as if it is a special event. Who needs a tea party?

Of course, you don't want to forget the fruits and veggies. Drinks are an excellent way to add fruits and veggies to a meal. Apples and fruits and veggies blended with some simple, fat-free natural and ice in the mixing machine will create a vibrant, frothy drink to help clean down those fresh vegetables.
